Thin Air Systems is a UAS engineering company. We design, build, integrate, test, and fly fixed-wing tactical aircraft. Flight controls, autopilot integration and tuning, flight test planning and execution, first flights — the hands-on engineering that gets aircraft from the shop floor to reliable flight.

We measure our engineering against program outcomes, not just aircraft performance. The best-flying aircraft in the world is worthless if it's too complex to build, too costly to operate, or too late to matter. So we weigh every decision — design, schedule, risk, cost of ownership — by what it does for the program, not just the aircraft.
